Camara Island, San Antonio Zambales

Camara Island is the closest island to Pundaquit beach, which is also adjacent to Capones Island a reason why these 2 islands are always included in the island hopping adventure locals offer to visitors of San Antonio. Similar to Capones this island is also a big lump of rock with rocky shoreline, the sand is also white although not powdery. actually instead of sand you will find a lot of very small white pebbles. But unlike Capones, you can find trees in Camara!

when it's low tide, you can walk to the other side,
in between the islands is this stone walkway, when it is low tide you can walk to the other small island

the rocky shoreline  of Camara
with my friends.. the small white pebbles mixed with the sand are also visible in this photo

from Camara Island you can see on the opposite side the mountainous side of San Antonio

This won't be a great place to stay for long buts still worth a visit! Enjoy the view at Camara Island! Smiley

  6. I've never been to San Antonio. Its not m kind of thing since I'm not a happy camper and I don't know how to swim. But the scenery is impeccable. I hope places like this is maintained and preserved.
